Smut?: I'm okay with it but ICly he PROBABLY won't cheat on his wife.
Death: Plot it out with me first, I'm not adverse.
Precog: Ask/plot it out with me first. I usually don't like it.
Telepathy / Reading his mind: I'm totally fine with it generally. He does have some degree of mental shielding though, and will likely know his mind is being read unless the telepath is a lot stronger than him (which isn't too hard).
Injuries: Anything up to limb loss/eye loss/etc that can't be healed.
Fights: Always, unless your character intends to kill or maim Arthur, in which case please ask me. It's probably best to plot things out first.
Network stalking: Yeah I'm fine with characters stalking his unlocked posts and threads. He won't share much on the network that he wouldn't share in person, though. (And if I accidentally slip up on someone else's identity/JL related stuff and it isn't marked locked, please tell me before you use it ICly as I don't want to fuck anyone else over. I'm only human.)

Threadhopping: If the situation calls for it, yes.

Offensive Subjects: I'm relatively hard to offend. If in doubt, just ask me.

YOU;
Arthur is a low-grade telepath. This means if he tries, he can generally pick up surface thoughts and occasionally delve deeper, especially with another telepath to amplify each other. He can also facilitate some degree of mind-to-mind contact without actually reading thoughts, etc. He ICly will not read minds without permission or unless it's an extreme situation. Extreme situations, I'll ask specifically if it's okay. Mind-to-mind contact will generally only be done in certain situations that call for it and can easily be repelled.

So for the regular population:

His telepathy, though, is much stronger when it comes to marine life. Anything that lives in the sea (freshwater creatures, apparently, too) or directly evolved from the sea, he can communicate with in canon, much easier than he can land people. He commands sea life, but he won't be commanding any marine-related PCs because he doesn't actually give orders, he requests help, and he probably won't do that to PCs. That said, he still might try to make mental contact out of curiosity - as politely as possible unless it's an extreme situation. It'll just be a light, questioning brush of minds, and if it's rejected, he will stop there.

Arthur can also attack and probe unshielded minds to an extent but I'm leaving that very much situational and I will ask specifically every time. I know telepathy gets to be BS in rp sometimes.
